Bringing my dog to work with me is so great. It makes me happy and I know my dogs love it too. Not only are we a happy pack, I think it brightens the moods of everyone in the office. When I walk down the hall with my little chihuahua Travis, people seem to change. They start to smile immediately. They want to pet him. The mood of the entire office seems to lift a bit. Having a dog around reminds us to be content in all that we do.
Many people seem to go through life trying to find reasons to be unhappy. Dogs seem to always be looking for reasons to be happy no matter the circumstances. Bringing them along to work with us allows them to spread their happiness around. As we rub their bellies, a little of their inner joy rubs off on us.
